Help!!!   What do I do??   Is the network down?           Is Verne down?           Is Parker down?           Is mail down?   My files are missing!!                 Make sure you are logged in to OISSOMNT           Are the drives mapped?           I can't see shared on Parker.   My documents won't print!!           What's my default printer?           Is the printer working?
